China CNC Pipe Bender compared with Imported CNC Pipe Bender we imported Gemany's and Taiwan's pipe bender technology and started researching bending technology in 2004. We have got lots of technical achievements and patents for 10 years hard researching efforts, and we set up Post-Doctoral Research Center in 2013. Telhoo engaged in the researching area of nonlinear mechanics, metal material science, mold design, the optimization method influence on bending die. Telhoo analyze relation between OD and thickness to get structure of bending die, for example we analyze 304L stainless steel used in aircraft environment control system, which OD is 50mm and thickness is 0.6mm. It can improve bending quality and success rate. |
